The University of Thessaly was founded in 1984 and has elected the first Rectorate Board in 1998. Its administrative and academic centre is in the city of Volos. In order to serve the needs of the region of Thessaly, its first Departments were based on agricultural, educational and technological sciences. In its initial phase of organization and operation there have been eight Departments, seven of them in Volos and one, the School of Medicine, in Larissa. Since 1984 and onwards the University of Thessaly has been gradually growing with new Departments in the four biggest cities of the region of Thessaly, Volos, Larissa, Trikala and Karditsa. It offers a through workshops new approach better suited for dealing with the accelerating pressures for growth and innovation faced by so many educational organisations today. It supports change makers and social innovators and provides training in several methodologies such as BRICKme, LEGO Serious Play, Agile, Kanban, Liberating Structures, U-Methodology, Design Thinking, Storytelling, Game design, Gamification and Business Model YOU. SEALS develops training KA1 training program tailored for the /Higher Education /VET/Adult and Schools.

The Stichting for Education on Agility Liberating Structures (SEALS) staff has participated as an external expert in several EU funded projects before setting their own Foundation. Five people covering different disciplines are part of the team. The foundation is active in Projects connected to tourism, social inclusion, skills development soft and hard. Works with various Universities, Museums and Libraries implementing projects under Creative Europe, Cosme and KA3.

Association FOSTER Stip is a new organization formed by experienced professionals that have been working for some time on European projects. FOSTER is working closely with Goce Delcev University – Stip, N.Macedonia and the Centres for Quality Assurance and for Transfer of technologies at the same university.

FOSTER main activities are focused on research, training and mentoring young people for the purpose of making them competitive on local and European level. This is done by enhancing their innovative knowledge and busting their entrepreneurial spirit.

The mission of the association is to contribute to the education of young people by creating an innovative and entrepreneurial environment in which they can freely create and develop new ideas and businesses, help in the development of education, research and application of innovative technologies.

I-Box Create is a consulting company from Valencia (Spain) created in 2013 and specialized in Strategic Innovation Management for the Construction and Renewable Energies sectors. The company arises as a result from the extensive staff experience – that had been working in research centres and private companies from the past 15 years – when they realized that the consulting R&D services in current market did not achieve the necessary expertise for the activities development. One of the main handicaps of the consulting companies is the lack of staff research experience, which is mainly focused in Coordination and Management, without experience in the participation in the projects as technicians.

Against this weakness, I-Box staff has worked in more than 50 regional, national or European innovation projects. We currently work in H2020, ERASMUS+ and National MINECO approved own projects which led us to achieve the INNOVATE LABEL from the Spanish Ministry. MERAKI Projectes is a non-profit organisation located in Valencia (Spain). Constituted in 2017 by a group of committed professionals, works in the fields of education, social welfare and integration, psychology and technology.

MERAKI Projectes participates in European projects and offers training courses for teachers in Valencia and has a wide experience in didactics, methodologies and training courses design. Also, MERAKI is helping over 100 schools in Valencia to connect with other schools and organisations in Europe, and promoting the use of European funds to enhance mobilities and improve the quality of education in Spain.
